But mistakes can happen, so should there be something wrong with your order, get in touch with us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to look into it. We usually respond within 24hrs. Please always include your order number when e-mailing our customer service team.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition and sent through registered mail. Please note, we do not cover the shipping fee to return items.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
STEP 1 Submit a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org
STEP 2 Ship your return to the address we will provide
STEP 3 Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being delivered to Andi + Co
+ Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered
+ No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
+ All tags must be intact and items returned in their original packaging
* Items must comply with the above policy to be eligible for a refund
A NOTE ABOUT GARMENTS:
It’s possible that printed garments arrive with a slight scent of vinegar. Don’t be alarmed, this is only residual from the standard washing process that aids bonding. If you are otherwise happy with the product, give it a wash before your first wear and it will be gone!

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time and we’ll get you sorted out!
Please carefully review our Sizing Guide for applicable products before completing an order to ensure proper fit.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
