ESTIMATED SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. Please note that during and around holidays, deliveries may take longer. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not cover customs fees or take responsibility for any delays due to customs screening.

MULTI-ITEM ORDERS:

In the case of multi-item orders, it’s possible that each item will have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately due to specific requirements. If this is the case, it will be indicated on the delivery slip.  

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED:

If your order (or part of it) didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! If it is a multi-item order, please refer to the information above. 

Double check your shipping confirmation that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
